TEAM MANAGERS (One for each team)
The Team Manager is responsible for the general supervision of the Team during practice and competition ice times, and is the official Chaperone at all competitions. The Team Manager also acts as liaison between the skaters/parents and the Board. The Team Manager is responsible for maintaining the record files of all skaters (birth certificates for competition, team commitment forms, skater liability forms, USFSA numbers, etc.), notifying skaters of last minute changes in schedules or information, attendance, and acting as contact for absentee skaters. Each Team Manager may choose an Assistant to help in these duties.
A monthly meeting with the other team managers and the coach at the rink is likely and attending Board meetings is expected as well so that the information passed along to the teams is the most current.
